Nick got in touch with us on august, 4th , 2023. The system is R22 with a freezing evaporator coil. He already had a company come out to troubleshoot. They determine the unit was low on gas. Nick was sold about $600 of freon.

Nick noticed the system wasn't cooling. A mutual friend introduced us. After troubleshooting the system had low pressure and high pressure at the same time. After taking subcooling and superheat readings it was determined the culprit was a restriction on the refrigerations system.

This system is still running to this date as of april,14,2026.
